This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Surat. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, resolving issues in a timely manner, processing orders and returns, and providing product information. The role may also involve assisting with sales and upselling products to customers where appropriate.
