Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Surat

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves assisting clients with their queries related to stock market services, guiding them through processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Explain trading procedures, account details, and product features in simple terms.
  • Resolve client complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce background is an advantage).
  • Freshers can apply; prior customer care experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and listening skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets preferred.
