Job Title: IT Executive (Night Shift)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Executive to join our night shift operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to provide quick, effective solutions to hardware, networking, software, and trading application issues. This position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted business operations, particularly for MCX trading clients during market hours.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware & Desktop Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, drivers, and essential applications.
• Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor network performance and system health during shift hours.
• Identify and escalate critical network incidents promptly.

Database Management

• Perform and verify daily database backups.
• Maintain backup logs and report any anomalies.

MCX Client & Trading Support

• Provide real-time support to MCX trading clients during market hours.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot trading terminals and related software.
• Ensure continuous functioning of trading and data feed applications.

Software Installation & Troubleshooting

• Install and maintain Windows applications including MS Office.
• Perform updates, patches, and application support as needed.

Mobile Application Support

• Monitor and support trading-related mobile applications.
• Assist users with installation, setup, and troubleshooting.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily shift reports detailing incidents, resolutions, and pending tasks.
• Maintain an updated IT knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a trading or financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MCX trading platforms and related applications (preferred).
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
