Role & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social platforms with professionalism.
Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and order-related support.
Build strong rapport with customers by ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Record and escalate customer concerns to the relevant team when needed.
Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and logistics) to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM tools, MS Office).

Preferred Profile:

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus (but freshers are welcome).
