What you will do

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, and metadata across all product and blog pages
• Collaborate with content, tech, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Track, measure, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay updated on latest Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
• Identify content opportunities to enhance visibility and organic reach
• Work on technical SEO improvements to enhance crawlability and page speed

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword planning tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO basics is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about clean beauty and digital growth
• Comfortable working full-time from our Erode office
