Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Customer Care Executive

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer queries on the loyalty program.
Provide excellent customer service in fluent Hindi and any one South Indian language (preferably Malayalam).
Assist customers in issue resolution, point clarifications, and general support with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective customer solutions.

Eligibility / Who Can Apply:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or tele-calling.
Must be fluent in Hindi and any one South Indian language (Malayalam preferred).
Basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn.
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Key Skills Required:

Fluency in Hindi and any one South Indian language (Malayalam preferred).
Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Profile:

Basic understanding of Customer Loyalty Programs is a plus.

Work Schedule:

2 Saturdays working | 2 Saturdays off
Sundays fixed off

Qualification:

Must speak fluent Hindi and any one South Indian language.
Basic computer knowledge and eagerness to learn.
