Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in market research and/or sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Assist in setting up interviews and making cold calls to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong telephone communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Experience in market research and/or sales and customer service.
Proficiency in any Southeast Asian languages such as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, or Vietnamese is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
