Job Description: Simple Domestic Calling Process Position: Domestic Caller *Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled Domestic Caller to join our team for a simple domestic calling process. As a Domestic Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with a focus on providing information and assistance. This role does not involve sales targets, and basic computer knowledge is required to maintain relevant records and documents. *Responsibilities:* - Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about our products/services. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up skills. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals and objectives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with call center regulations. - Continuously enhance knowledge about our products/services to provide accurate information to customers. - Handle customer complaints and strive to offer solutions in a timely manner. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate (optional). *Requirements:* - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language. - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using relevant software applications. - Customer-oriented and able to adapt to various customer personalities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to find solutions. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Must have a positive attitude and be a good team player. *Work Environment:* This position involves working in a call center environment where you will use a computer and telephone system to make outbound calls.
