Job Description

   Designation                                 : Customer Relation Executive

Cell                                                 :  Customer Relation (CR)

Core Responsibilities                   :  Sales & Dispatch

Reporting To                              : Cell Head


1.

1.1 Understand Akira’s Vision, Purpose, & Values and Align

1.2  Do understand about all customers and their terms with Akira Controls.

1.3  Do understand product variants & configuration and the production process.

1.4  Understand the Internal Zone & Cell flow and overall flow.

1.5  Understand the documentation and reporting system.

1.6  Understand delivery logistics & familiarize yourself with transport agencies.

1.7  Understand the payment terms with the customer.

1.8  Identify the area to be focused on for new customer identification.

1.9  Understand the known and unknown requirements of existing customers.


2. Responsibilities

2.1 Keep updated customer database and records of customer interactions and transactions.

2.2 Collect the customer’s projection status for three months on a monthly basis and make it as visible as possible internally.

2.3 Dispatch materials as per customer requirement.

2.4 Keep informed of customer status internally and also keep customers informed of production status.

2.5  Keep track of material dispatch status and get acknowledgement from the customer.

2.6 Maintain updated documents on a daily basis.

2.7 Do payment collections.

2.8 Do follow-ups for internal & external CAPA and ECN.

2.9 Handling customer complaints and taking action to resolve them.

2.10       Bringing new customers on a monthly basis.

2.11       Maintain proper filing system.

 

3. Skills & Qualifications


Academic qualification.

3.1.1     UG/PG Certification—Related to Electronics preferable.

Computer Skills

3.2.1       Ms Office

                   

Other Skills

3.3.1     Linguistic Skills

3.3.2   Communication Skills

3.3.3   Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

3.3.4   Listening skills.

3.3.5   Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
