Role & responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their questions, concerns, or problems through phone calls. You will provide accurate information, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction with the support they receive. Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls. Assist customers with their queries or inquiries. Provide information about products or services. Resolve any problems customers might have. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills. Prior experience in a call center or customer service profile is a plus. Strong Listening skills to understand customer needs. Patience and effective problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a desire to help customers.
