Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international calls from customers across various time zones with professionalism and accuracy.
Utilize blended process skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/service).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge required; proficiency in CSE/BPO customer service preferred.
