Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
* Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO/Call Centre).
* Strong communication skills for effective handling of customer queries.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in blended processes (phone/email/chat) for efficient query resolution.

*24/7 Rotational i.e. include night shift.
