Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • * Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
  • * Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (BPO/Call Centre).
  • * Strong communication skills for effective handling of customer queries.
  • * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • * Proficiency in blended processes (phone/email/chat) for efficient query resolution.

  • *24/7 Rotational i.e. include night shift.
