Position: International Voice Process

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, Rotational Shifts (Including US Shifts)

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA

Location: Gurgaon

Benefits: Both-side Cab Facility Provided

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support Address customer inquiries via phone calls and provide effective resolutions.

2. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot problems, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Process Adherence:** Follow company policies, guidelines, and compliance regulations.

4. Communication Management: Maintain professional and clear communication to enhance customer experience.

5. Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.

6. Quality Assurance: Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers (Any Graduate or Undergraduate) can apply

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Comfortable working in rotational and US shifts
