Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to address customer inquiries regarding their orders and general inquiries about our website. As a Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, making outbound calls to follow up on customer complaints, and corresponding with current and potential customers through telephone and email. It is essential to communicate with customers in their preferred language and accurately record all transactions in the CRM system. Additionally, you must familiarize yourself with the company's FAQ handbook to efficiently address customer queries. You will be responsible for accessing customer complaint IDs, recording personal information, and updating customer records. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing multiple concerns promptly and in line with company guidelines. A fast typing speed and the ability to navigate multiple desktop windows efficiently are essential skills for multitasking and providing timely assistance to customers.
