Customer Support - Non Voice Process (Freshers)

Job Summary:

International Non - Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
Troubleshoot problems, raise service requests, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and adhere to it's compliance, regulatory, and data security guidelines.
Meet and exceed performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution, and productivity.

- Work Location : BTM Layout, Bangalore

- Shifts : US Shift (5 days work & 2 days rotational week off)

- Salary : Experience: Upto 2.75 to 3 LPA
