CUSTOMER ADVISOR
We are looking for active candidates for the role of 'Customer Advisor/ Sales Executive' for who will have to deal with customers who are interested in purchasing TATA passenger vehicles. The primary duties will be to answer customer enquiries, making product recommendations or suggestions, providing information about the vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Dealing with customers on a daily basis.
· Assisting customers in making purchasing decision.
· Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
· Addressing customer complaints.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Answering queries.
· Maintaining customer relationships.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
