About Us

Inmantech is an Omni-Channel Performance Marketing Agency helping brands grow with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.

With a strong delivery team already in place, we are now looking for a proactive Growth & Customer Acquisition Specialist to help us build new client relationships and fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and resourceful professional who can actively research, connect, and engage with potential customers.

The primary responsibility is to identify and reach out to prospects, generate qualified opportunities, and schedule meetings with the Founder.

This is not a telecalling role. It is a modern growth role that combines digital prospecting, outreach, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target prospects based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Actively use LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and networking platforms to connect with potential clients.
  • Nurture leads and convert conversations into qualified meetings with the Founder.
  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM / lead tracker.
  • Experiment with new outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate closely with the Founder for feedback and direction.
  • Weekly reporting on outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline created.

Requirements

  • 0?2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or digital outreach (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong written and spoken English; persuasive communication style.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with clear targets.
  • Curiosity to learn and grow in the digital marketing and growth ecosystem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
