Custom Clearance Manager-E-commerce

vFulfill is a full-stack branded eCommerce enablement platform that empowers global entrepreneurs to launch and scale branded dropshipping and micro-D2C businesses in India, especially on Cash on Delivery (COD). We simplify cross-border commerce by connecting product sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment making selling in India fast, transparent, and scalable. As a Custom Clearance & Freight Forwarding Manager at vFulfill, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing imports from China to India across both air and sea. Your role will involve owning end-to-end import operations, from freight coordination and customs documentation to final clearance and cost optimization, ensuring that everything moves fast, clean, and compliant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle air and sea import operations from China to India. - Oversee custom clearance (F-Card holder or eligible preferred). - Verify and maintain all import documentation such as invoices, BL/AWB, HS codes, COO, etc. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and internal teams. - Ensure landed cost accuracy and maintain MIS reports. - Negotiate freight rates and continuously optimize cost and timelines.
