As an educational company focused on delivering experience-based learning programs for students, your role at Lean Hyphen will involve designing, structuring, and delivering engaging curricula tailored to different age groups and learning styles. You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and training materials as per product requirements. Additionally, you will develop project-based, inquiry-driven, and interdisciplinary modules to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills, moving beyond rote learning methods. Key Responsibilities: - Design, structure, and deliver engaging curricula tailored to different age groups and learning styles. - Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and training material as product defines. - Develop project-based, inquiry-driven, and interdisciplinary modules to go beyond rote learning. - Translate child psychology and developmental theories into practical teaching strategies. - Build differentiated learning pathways to support diverse learners. - Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL), cultural diversity, and inclusive practices across all content. - Mentor and train teachers to confidently implement curricula with fidelity and creativity. - Conduct regular workshops on pedagogy, assessments, and emerging teaching methodologies. - Create clear teaching guides, lesson plans, and digital learning resources. - Design holistic assessment systems focusing on skills, creativity, and problem-solving. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track curriculum effectiveness. - Continuously refine curriculum through feedback from educators, parents, and learners. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, pedagogy, or academic. - Strong understanding of child learning psychology across multiple age groups. - Excellent research, instructional design, and project management skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to inspire and guide teams. - Strong writing skills with a clear, concise, and engaging style. - Excellent research and information gathering abilities. - Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling. - Familiarity with learning management systems (a plus). - Passionate about education and student development. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
