The Role: Culture & People Manager We’re looking for someone who isn’t just here to “manage HR” — but to own the soul of the company . This role is all about building a people-first workplace from the ground up — with culture, care, and clarity at the core. You’ll be the heartbeat of our growing team, working closely with leadership to shape how we hire, engage, retain, and inspire.
