Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) specializing in Python. As a CTO, you will be responsible for leading the technical strategy, overseeing software development projects, and managing the architecture and IT strategy for innovative product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development with a strong expertise in Python and other relevant technologies
• Experience in Project Management, with an ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture to design scalable, efficient, and secure technical systems
• Expertise in Product Development, with a focus on delivering innovative and user-focused technology solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML operations, cloud-native solutions, and data engineering is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of CTO or senior engineering leadership roles is an added advantage
