Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Python role located in Ahmedabad. The CTO will oversee software development activities, lead strategic IT initiatives, and guide the technological direction of the organization. Key responsibilities include designing system architecture, managing product development lifecycles, and leading projects to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, particularly with Python and related tools.
• Strong expertise in Project Management to oversee timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Experience in formulating IT Strategy and designing scalable Architecture solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Product Development and delivering innovative technology solutions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills to foster collaboration across departments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and Cloud Solutions is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
