Role Overview

CSR & Partnerships Lead

You will lead CSR and fundraising initiatives, develop partnerships with companies and foundations, and design strategies that connect rural empowerment with sustainable business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a CSR partnership and fundraising strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, ESG leads, and company foundations.
• Research CSR mandates and design proposals that align organizational goals with IVillage iLearn’s mission.
• Identify opportunities within corporate, government, and international development programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate on-ground needs into impactful funding proposals.
• Represent IVillage iLearn at relevant forums, conferences, and partnership discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Business, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or specialization in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, or Development Management is an advantage.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, or social impact consulting.
• Strong communication, networking, and proposal-writing skills.
• Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and passionate about social innovation and inclusive growth.
