Shiksha Seva Foundation is a nationally registered non-profit organization committed to empowering underprivileged girl children and women in rural and urban areas through education, skill training, healthcare, and development programs since 2012. Our flagship project, UDAAN, provides remedial education and focuses on the holistic development of underprivileged children by addressing learning gaps, health, and well-being. With the aim to transform the socio-economic status of communities, we work to promote girl child education, women empowerment, and better educational infrastructure. We support rural schools with nutritious meals, healthcare initiatives, and resources like libraries to inspire a brighter future for everyone.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CSR Manager - Fundraising based in Borivali, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The role involves designing and executing strategies to secure funding, cultivating relationships with donors and corporate sponsors, and effectively communicating the organization's vision and mission. The CSR Manager will collaborate with partners, oversee fundraising campaigns, and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders. Additionally, responsibilities include engaging with local and corporate communities and managing events to support the foundation's education and development programs.

Qualifications

• Fundraising, Donor management, and building corporate partnerships
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in strategy formulation and project management
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives
• Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of fundraising tools or software
• Prior experience in non-profit organizations, education, or community development is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
