Job Summary:

Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and field-oriented CSR Executive (Social Work) who can actively engage with underserved communities, particularly in urban slum areas of Delhi. The ideal candidate will assess community needs, support CSR program design, and ensure the effective delivery of welfare initiatives for the underprivileged.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to slum and low-income areas to identify community needs, especially in health, hygiene, education, and infrastructure.

Build relationships with local communities, leaders, NGOs, and civic authorities.

Document real-time requirements of people and recommend actionable CSR programs.

Organize and coordinate health camps, skill training sessions, awareness drives, and other community support programs.

Ensure proper documentation of all CSR activities, including reports, photos, and beneficiary feedback.

Support in monitoring and evaluating the impact of CSR projects on the ground.

Maintain up-to-date MIS and project progress reports for internal use and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of CSR initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong passion for community service and grassroots development.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (local dialects a plus).

Ability to empathize with and understand the problems of underprivileged communities.

Good documentation and report-writing skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication).

Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi region for fieldwork.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior work experience in NGOs, slum development projects, or CSR departments.

Field exposure to social programs related to health, education, or sanitation.

Self-motivated, compassionate, and responsible with a hands-on approach.
