CSA (Customer Service Associate)

You will work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services, persuading potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services. You will educate customers on product offerings and services to enhance their "on-line presence," explain pricing, and address customer inquiries to build value in customer relationships. Additionally, you will follow up with customers via telephone after the initial contact, identify customer issues, provide suitable solutions through upselling of additional products and/or services, secure customer commitment, and coordinate product delivery. Continuous product education is essential to better address customer calls, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate daily records in the tracker. Key Responsibilities: - Describe products and services to customers over the phone - Educate customers on product offerings and services - Follow up with customers after initial contact - Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions through upselling - Obtain customer commitment and coordinate product delivery - Continuously educate yourself on products to better serve customer calls - Maintain accurate daily records in the tracker Qualifications Required: - 1+ year experience in an international call center - Strong customer service and telecalling skills - Proficiency with Web Based Applications and Windows - Ability to handle sensitive and critical client information - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Email drafting skills with zero grammatical errors - Willingness to work in day/night shifts on a rotational basis In addition to the job role, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The role is based in Kochi, Kerala, and candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the location.
