Crypto Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement

  secure cryptographic protocols

  for blockchain and Web3 applications.
• Develop and optimize

  smart contracts

  (Solidity, Rust, Move, or other blockchain languages).
• Contribute to the

  design of consensus algorithms, key management, and security models

  .
• Build, audit, and maintain blockchain infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cryptographic solutions.
• Stay ahead of

  crypto, zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP), multi-party computation (MPC), and blockchain research

  .

Core Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  applied cryptography

  (digital signatures, encryption schemes, hashing, key exchange).
• Hands-on experience with

  blockchain protocols

  (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages:

  Rust, Go, C++, Solidity, or Python

  .
• Deep understanding of

  EVM, smart contract security, gas optimization

  .
• Experience with

  zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs, MPC, homomorphic encryption

  (a big plus).
• Familiarity with

  distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and consensus mechanisms

  .
• Knowledge of

  wallets, custody solutions, and transaction security

  .

Qualification:

• 5–8 years

  of engineering experience, with at least

  3+ years in blockchain/crypto systems

  .
• Strong understanding of

  cryptographic research and implementation

  .
• Experience deploying production-grade blockchain or cryptographic applications.
