Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced 
Crypto Caller
 who is fluent in both 
Hindi and English
 and has an in-depth understanding of cryptocurrency operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in using and guiding others through platforms like 
Binance, KuCoin, Coinbase
, and other major crypto exchanges. The role involves assisting and guiding candidates or clients over calls on how to create crypto accounts, complete KYC verification, and perform crypto exchanges safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates or clients to guide them through crypto account setup and verification processes.Assist in step-by-step wallet creation, KYC verification, and understanding of crypto exchanges (Buy/Sell/Transfer).Provide support and instructions for major crypto apps such as 
Binance, KuCoin, Coinbase
, and others.Explain wallet security, basic transaction flow, and troubleshooting methods in simple language.Handle inbound queries related to crypto setup and verification.Maintain accurate call logs and client updates in the CRM system.Collaborate with the HR and Technical Support teams when additional guidance is required.Deliver clear communication and maintain professionalism during every interaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Fluent in both Hindi and English (verbal & written).
Thorough practical knowledge of crypto exchanges and wallet functions.Ability to explain crypto-related processes to non-technical users.Familiarity with crypto trading platforms such as 
Binance, KuCoin, Coinbase
, Trust Wallet, etc.Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle multiple calls, follow scripts, and manage time effectively.Proficient in using Google Sheets, basic Excel, and CRM tools.
