Responsibilities of the Cross Sell Owner

This role will be responsible for unlocking growth opportunities across the organisation via cross-sell improvement and will work in close coordination with business heads and their teams.

The individual will also, work with marketing, product, analytics and technology managers to improve journeys, data visibility and targeting for higher conversions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development
    1. Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive cross-sell strategy that aligns with the company s overall sales and revenue goals.
    2. Identify key products and services suitable for cross-selling and create targeted initiatives to promote them.

  1. Program Management
    1. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and execute integrated cross-sell campaigns.
    2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of cross-sell initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  1. Customer Insights and Analytics
    1. Work with data science teams to create profiles for targeting by product type
    2. Work with data science and analytics teams to build a deeper understanding of funnels and success metrics
    3. Ensure timely MIS-based reporting to all stakeholders

  1. Collaboration, Integration and Innovation
    1. Liaise with business owners to understand requirements and create the right programs
    2. Interact with data engineering teams to create the right pipelines for lead gen and MIS reporting across businesses
    3. Work with product teams to improve the lead generation journeys

Who is the right fit for this

  1. MBA/ equivalent qualification from a Tier 1 school
  2. BTech/ equivalent qualification
  3. 5-8 years of experience with sales, marketing, business development
  4. Prior experience in banks, Fintechs, or large NBFCs will help
  5. Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  6. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation/ CLV tools
