Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for residential properties, including site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers, and negotiate deals accordingly.
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and transactions to close deals efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (property sales).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
Proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and closing.
