Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for residential properties, including site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers, and negotiate deals accordingly.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and transactions to close deals efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (property sales).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools for lead generation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and closing.
