The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote real estate properties, generate leads, and book appointments for the sales team. This role involves providing accurate information about properties, answering client queries, and maintaining relationships with potential buyers or sellers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and persuasion abilities.
Customer Service: A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction are crucial.
Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software is essential.
Soft Skills: The ability to handle pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of patience.
Real Estate Knowledge: Basic knowledge of real estate terms and the ability to provide detailed property information.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage, though freshers are often welcome ( Female Prefferable)
