Job Description

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a CRO & UX Manager to take ownership of optimizing the customer journey with a focus on improving conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and boosting overall website performance. This role will be critical in increasing engagement, reducing drop-offs, and driving higher revenue per visitor.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute a CRO roadmap to improve conversions across desktop, mobile, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis using tools like VWO, Hotjar, etc.
  • Analyze funnels, bounce rates, and drop-off points to identify friction and eliminate conversion hurdles.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to improve UI/UX based on customer insights and data.
  • Own the end-user testing process, including wireframing, usability testing, and feedback collection.
  • Work closely with content, tech, and performance marketing teams to align with growth and revenue goals.
  • Provide regular reporting on outcomes, learnings, and performance improvements.

Requirements:-

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in CRO, UX/UI, or product optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion metrics, user psychology, and behavior analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), VWO, Hotjar, Figma (or similar).
  • Ability to translate user insights into high-performing UI/UX designs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Need candidate from e-commerce experience preferably in clothing, beauty, health or food only. Agency candidates acceptable if they’ve managed these categories.● Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in CRO, UX/UI, or product optimization.● Candidate should be proficienct in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), VWO, Hotjar, Figma (or similar).● Candidate should have experience in Website Automation and retention of users on website.● Candidate should have ability to translate user insights into high-performing UI/UX designs.● Strong understanding of conversion metrics, user psychology, and behavior analytics.● Candidate should have good Communication Skills for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹849,812.81 per year

Experience:

  • e-commerce preferably in clothing, beauty, health or food : 2 years (Preferred)
  • CRO, UX/UI, or product optimization.: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), VWO, Hotjar, Figma (or similar).: 2 years (Preferred)
