Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a CRM - Spanish Specialist. The role involves managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Daily tasks include effectively communicating with Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and customer engagement processes, and contributing to customer retention strategies. The CRM Specialist will also analyze client needs, address inquiries, and coordinate projects to deliver solutions that align with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent Communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in diverse working environments
• Prior experience in a customer relationship or sales-focused role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of the agriculture and clean energy equipment domain is an advantage
