Job Description

Job Title: IT Sales Executive CRM Software Sales Company: Trasol Technologies Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru-Karnataka. Employment Type: Full-Time Join Date: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: Trasol Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our IT Sales team. The role involves promoting our in-house CRM software to businesses across industries. We are open to freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, as well as experienced professionals with a background in B2B sales (2+ years) . Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the B2B segment Conduct product demos and explain CRM features to prospective clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare and present customized proposals to clients Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Collaborate with the marketing and development teams for feedback and improvements Requirements: For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably software or IT services) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and presentation skills Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions For Freshers: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and build a career in IT/software sales Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude Basic understanding of sales or CRM tools is a plus What We Offer: Competitive compensation and performance incentives Exposure to B2B sales and CRM technology Supportive team and growth-driven environment Learning opportunities and professional development
