Job Opening: CRM & Sales Support (Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager)

Location:

Job Purpose:

CRM & Sales Support professional

This position is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting business operations by improving communication and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Review pending orders, customer requests, and ensure prompt resolution
Perform data entry for sales figures and maintain organized documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Logistics, etc.) to support sales execution
Follow up on outstanding dues and assist in collection efforts
Support customer service needs: order status, dispatches, deliveries, stock updates, etc.
Generate daily sales reports and leads; distribute and track accordingly
Manage CRM tools and software for report generation and presentations
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve process gaps

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Efficient processing of customer orders with minimal errors
Timely collection of payments with Sales team support
Smooth coordination for dispatch and delivery of goods
Timely communication and proper documentation for all customer transactions
Strong relationships with both internal departments and external customers

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline with 25 years of experience in CRM or Sales Support roles
Strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
