Role & responsibilities

1) Office hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Everyone must reach the office by 10:00 AM strictly.

Morning greetings should be given to everyone positively as soon as you enter the office.

2) Plan for the Day:

• Reach on time by 10:00 AM.
• Share your daily plan/work by 10:30 AM.

3) Each person should promote properties to brokers, address brokers’ requirements, client requirements, clients, and broker groups.

---

4) Everyone must conduct a minimum of 3 to 5 inspections daily.

---

5) Everyone must complete a minimum of 1–2 transactions per month (compulsory).

---

6) Maintain strong follow-ups with brokers and clients and send reminders for inspections.

---

7) Each person must prepare a weekly and monthly inspection table and a monthly progress report.

---

8) Promote shortlisted properties aggressively.

---

9) Internal team meetings will be held by Vaibhav / Riya / Aparna / Jeet / Neha

for strategy and target discussion every Tuesday at 10:30 AM.

(Call Shree Sir during the weekly meeting.)

10) Every Monday, set a goal for each person to complete at least one transaction.

---

11) For all inspections, ensure:

• Same-day follow-up, and
• One-day prior reminder with brokers, clients, and team members.

---

12) Strongly focus on:

• Rental requirements of 1 lakh, and
• Outright purchase requirements of 5 CR and above.

---

13) Maintain a minimum conversion ratio of 10:1 for Magicbricks leads and broker leads.

---

14) Dress code:

• Formal attire from Monday to Friday
• Casual attire on Saturday

(Please note: From 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM attention should only be on company goals and daily work.)

• Lunch break: 30 minutes (1:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
• Internal breaks should not exceed 5 minutes.

16) All team members promise to follow the above-mentioned rules and regulations as stated by Ajmera Properties.

17) During weekly meetings, note down everything that Shree Sir mentions and ensure proper follow-up.

---

18) Short leave is not allowed within the first 90 days, except in case of emergencies.
