Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the real estate CRM platform
  • Ensure proper lead capture, routing, and follow-up systems are in place to support sales goals.
  • Set up and optimize automated workflows for client nurturing (email/SMS campaigns, drip campaigns).
  • Segment client databases (buyers, sellers, renters, investors) for personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute targeted outreach and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify client trends, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and client retention.
  • Train agents and staff on CRM usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and compliance with applicable data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate crm: 3 years (Preferred)
