Job Description

CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own lifecycle KPIs such as activation, retention, churn & reactivation.
Set up and execute CRM campaigns and automated journeys (Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, In-app).
Build user cohorts and drive personalization based on behavioural & transactional data.
Run A/B tests, experiments, and optimize messaging, timing, and frequency.
Track funnels, KPIs, retention metrics & prepare actionable insights for teams.
Improve journey performance by identifying drop-offs and optimizing funnels.
Work closely with Product, Data, Content & CX teams for seamless execution.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

4–6 years experience in CRM & lifecycle marketing for digital/app-based platforms.
Hands-on with
Clevertap / MoEngage / Braze / WebEngage
.
Strong in segmentation, cohort analysis & personalized targeting.
Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
Solid understanding of DAU, WAU, retention %, churn, conversion funnels.
Strong in A/B testing, experimentation & data interpretation.
Experience in journey building, funnel optimization & lifecycle strategy ownership.
Background in
OTT / Gaming / E-commerce / Startups
preferred.
Mix of
70% strategy + 30% execution
mindset.
