CRM IT Head

As a CRM IT Head, your role involves developing and executing the overall CRM technology strategy to align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. - Managing customer data within the CRM system to ensure data quality and leveraging analytics for insights into customer behavior. - Leading a team of CRM IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support for optimal performance. - Collaborating with departments like sales, marketing, and customer service to understand their CRM needs and ensure effective system support. - Tracking key CRM metrics, analyzing performance, and reporting on system effectiveness to senior management. - Identifying opportunities for system improvement, exploring new technologies, and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. - Managing the CRM IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science/IT, preferably - Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices - Experience with CRM or similar software and platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements - Experience in project management and change management - Knowledge of relevant technologies such as cloud computing, APIs, and integration platforms If you are interested in this position, kindly send your CV to riya@anthroplace.in.,
