Job Title: CRM Executive / CRM Manager – Retail Store

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to manage our retail customer database, drive loyalty programs, and improve customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing strategies to retain customers, increase sales, and create personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the customer database across retail outlets
• Design and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat purchases
• Analyze customer buying patterns and segment data for targeted marketing
• Develop loyalty programs and monitor their performance
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Track customer feedback and resolve issues in coordination with store teams
• Generate reports on CRM campaign performance and customer behavior analytics
• Use CRM tools/software (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or other retail CRM platforms)
• Train retail staff on CRM tools and customer service best practices

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of retail customer behavior and segmentation
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and SMS campaign tools
• Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the retail sector or customer service roles
• Knowledge of loyalty program design and implementation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
