- 2yrs to 4yrs of experience in the Collection/Recovery role, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language.
- Good in documentation and adhoc work as and when required
- Ability to work under pressure
