About Us To join our store & online team You are a leading retail jewellery showroom known for our exquisite designs, exceptional customer service, and warm, personalized shopping experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Company Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities: ∙Nurture and maintain profitable relationships with key customers, address their needs, and keep them informed about products and offers. ∙Respond to and resolve customer complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. ∙Automation tools like CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage workflows. ∙Create and execute marketing and sales campaigns to increase customer loyalty, upsell, and cross-sell. ∙Coordinate with sales teams to manage leads, convert prospects, and ensure a smooth customer journey from lead generation to order fulfillment. ∙Integration with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). ∙Manage customer loyalty programs, including strategy, integration, and generating campaigns for rewards. ∙Analyzing customer journey across website, mobile app, and social media. ∙Managing reviews and feedback on digital platforms. ∙Act as a bridge between various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT, supply chain) to ensure communication and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: ∙A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field ∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ∙Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools. ∙Ability to plan customer journeys and segmentation. ∙Proficiency with SalesForce, Microsoft Office and CRM software. ∙Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and UX principles. ∙Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
