Job Summary: We’re hiring a CRM Executive/Manager to handle customer interactions, nurture leads, maintain the CRM database, and ensure smooth follow-ups. You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating via phone, WhatsApp, and ema Key - Responsibility's Manage and update customer & lead data in the CRM Regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp & email Coordinate with sales team for timely updates Track customer inquiries, complaints & interests Maintain communication logs & generate reports Segment leads for targeted follow-ups Schedule site visits & meetings Ensure smooth lead-to-customer transition Gather & analyze customer feedback 💡 Key Skills: Strong communication (verbal & written) Excel & CRM software knowledge (basic to advanced) Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable with high call volumes Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu ✨ Bonus (Preferred): Experience in real estate or sales support Familiarity with WhatsApp Business & lead tracking tools
