Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a female CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient with CRM tools, and possess the ability to maintain long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages for customer support.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Track customer interactions and prepare reports on client engagement.
Support business development and retention by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools/software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience as a CRM Executive, Customer Support, or Client Relationship role.
