Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and transaction details. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, addressing queries and concerns. Ensure timely communication regarding project status, documentation, and handover timelines. 2. Services Completion: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services related to the purchase are completed on time. Monitor and resolve any post-sale service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Payment Collection: Oversee and manage the collection of outstanding payments as per the agreed timeline. Provide payment reminders and follow-ups while ensuring compliance with financial policies. 4. Loan Disbursement Coordination: Liaise with financial institutions for customer loan disbursement processes. Assist customers with documentation and formalities required for loan approvals. 5. Modifications and Customizations: Manage customer requests for modifications or customizations, ensuring feasibility and timely execution. Coordinate with project teams and communicate costs or timelines to customers. 6. Registration Process: Handle property or product registration processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Guide customers through registration formalities, coordinating with relevant authorities. 7. Final Handover: Conduct a final walkthrough with customers to confirm all services and modifications are complete. Organize and execute the handover of keys or final product to customers, ensuring a smooth transition. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 1+ years of experience in post-sales customer service, CRM, or related roles. Strong knowledge of loan disbursement processes and registration formalities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
