Role Overview

The CRM Executive will support client communication and coordinate internally across departments to ensure smooth execution of export and silver jewellery orders. The role involves order tracking, documentation, and assisting in execution from development to dispatch. This position is ideal for candidates with basic experience in jewellery manufacturing or exports who are keen to grow in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support

• Act as a point of contact for routine client communication
• Share updates, approvals, timelines, and documentation as guided by seniors
• Draft professional emails and maintain clear written communication

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with CAD, Design, NPD/NPA, Production, QC, and Dispatch teams
• Follow up on CAD development, design revisions, samples, and approvals
• Ensure accurate and timely flow of information between departments

Order Support & Execution

• Assist in managing orders from development stage to final dispatch
• Track timelines and update order status regularly
• Support resolution of day-to-day execution and coordination issues

CAD & Design Understanding

• Review CADs and design concepts for basic clarity and feasibility
• Coordinate feedback and revisions with CAD and design teams
• Maintain design, CAD, and sample records

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain order sheets, style details, and tracking records
• Update MIS reports related to order progress and timelines
• Assist in coordination of export-related documentation when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in jewellery manufacturing, merchandising, or CRM

(Export and silver jewellery experience preferred)

• Basic knowledge of CAD and jewellery design concepts
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to draft professional emails and reports
• Strong coordination, follow-up skills, and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
