CRM Executive

You are invited to apply for the position of Customer Relationship Management-Executive in Gurgaon. This role is suitable for recent graduates, postgraduates, or individuals holding an M.B.A. degree. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. You will be expected to interact with clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Keeping accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests will be essential. Quick and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues is crucial to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues will be part of your daily tasks. You will also assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Participation in training sessions to improve product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and customer service skills is a key aspect of this role. You will play a role in enhancing CRM processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience with our CRM services.
