Job Description

To manage and maintain relationships with homebuyers after the sales transaction, ensuring timely documentation, payment follow-ups, issue resolution, and smooth possession process.

1. Post-Sales Coordination

  • Confirm booking details and send booking confirmation to the customer.
  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to ensure a smooth handover of customer records.

2. Documentation & Agreements

  • Prepare and share sales agreements, allotment letters, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure timely signing of agreements and collection of KYC documents.
  • Coordinate with legal for registration-related documentation.

3. Payment Follow-up

  • Track the customer’s payment milestones as per the payment plan
  • Send reminders for due payments
  • Share receipts and resolve billing-related queries.

4. Customer Communication & Service

  • Act as the single point of contact for all post-sale customer queries.
  • Handle emails, calls, or visits related to changes, delays, or clarifications.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication.

5. Construction Updates & Possession

  • Send regular updates on construction progress.
  • Coordinate site visits, handover processes, and snag list rectifications before possession.
  • Prepare and share possession letters and assist with registration formalities.

6. CRM System & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interaction in CRM software.
  • Generate reports on payment status, handovers, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Escalate serious complaints to higher management if required.

7. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, accounts, legal, and engineering teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA, and property law basics
  • Patience and professionalism in handling difficult customers
  • Good command of Excel, CRM tools, and email etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
