Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and a keen interest in logistics.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with customers and handle their queries regarding any issues.
Provide timely solutions to client escalations and closures.
Check daily MIS reports and share them with customers.
Ensure all shipments are picked up and connected from origin as per defined TAT.
Generate required documents for transportation, such as LR, GP, Ewaybill, etc.
Generate invoices for allotted customers and ensure on-time submission.
Handle client escalations and closures.
Maintain MOM along with actions plan for improvement and focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.).
Keen interest in Logistics.
Willingness to learn and implement new things.
Attitude to explore new things and be flexible.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
