CRM Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and a keen interest in logistics.

• Coordinate with customers and handle their queries regarding any issues.
• Provide timely solutions to client escalations and closures.
• Check daily MIS reports and share them with customers.
• Ensure all shipments are picked up and connected from origin as per defined TAT.
• Generate required documents for transportation, such as LR, GP, Ewaybill, etc.
• Generate invoices for allotted customers and ensure on-time submission.
• Handle client escalations and closures.
• Maintain MOM along with actions plan for improvement and focus on customer satisfaction.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.).
• Keen interest in Logistics.
• Willingness to learn and implement new things.
• Attitude to explore new things and be flexible.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service.
• Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
