Job Title: CRM Administrator

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data management, system efficiency, and accurate reporting — helping our sales and support teams work smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and organize customer data in the CRM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely entry of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline CRM workflows.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Support automation and process improvements to enhance CRM utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
